How it Works

Step 1

Sign Your Waiver to
Unlock your Tickets

You can unlock your tickets by simply completing the event waiver. It's easy. It can be done on any device in a few seconds.

If you are registered to the event you have been sent your waiver. You are registered if, when your tickets were purchased, the purchaser entered in your information. If you are not registered, no problem, contact the purchaser, they are able to manage the attendees of your party through the link in their receipt email.

Once you have completed your waiver you will receive your unlocked ticket in your own email in seconds.

***Check your junk mail if you don't receive your ticket.***

Remember, if you are attending multiple events you must complete a separate waiver for each event, to receive your separate ticket.

Step 2

Arrive with Your Ticket & Check-In
On Time, In Dress Code with Proper I.D.

You can show your ticket on your phone or with a printed paper copy.

The amenities included in the Crawl are time sensitive, if you miss them, you miss them! This includes entrance to some of the venues, drinks and specials.

When you arrive at the start of the Crawl please Check-In with our Guides in red. Check-In is open for a set time on every tour, based on the line up. Due to casino rules we are not able to check-in after certain times, if check-in is closed we can not accommodate you on the event. Please, don't be late.

Remember, to participate all members of your party are subject to the terms and conditions of the event. Many of these rules are not ours, rather rules of the bars and casinos that we pass on to you so you. Compliance is mandatory. You can review these rules below.

When you check-in with our guides, they will give you a rundown of the night. Just follow their lead and have the Best Day of Your Life

9 RULES OF THE CRAWL – (Terms and Conditions of your ticket.)

1. Your ticket is required to participate
Simply bring your digital ticket from your email receipt, on your phone, to check in. You can also print it out, and bring the print-out, if that is easier for you.

2. Dress code strictly enforced
Each venue has their own dress code and they will enforce it. Dress Code is upscale fashionable attire. Not permitted: ratty hats, dirty or older sneakers, ripped or baggy clothing.

3. Age 21+ with accepted I.D.
Valid US government issued ID or passports only. No foreign D.L. This is at the venue’s discretion.

4. We are not responsible for last minute Venue, Time & Amenity changes
Although very rarely, through no fault of our own, venues may change as late as last minute. We are not responsible for changes the venues make. We will do everything we can to replace or even improve the night’s event. An updated nightly schedule is found on our website at https://worldcrawl.com/las-vegas-pool-crawl/. (IMPORTANT)

5. Be on time and stay with the crawl
You must be with the crawl to receive drinks or drink specials, games, food, line fast-pass and no-cover entry. They are time sensitive and can not be made up. Many of these specials and games take place at the first venue.

6. All ticket sales are final
You have purchased a ticket to a closed event, no refunds.

7. Acceptable conduct
Entry and participation is solely at venue’s discretion. You are subject to each venue’s rules and regulations.

8. Our completed waiver is required
You are required to sign a release form upon entry to the event.

9. Don’t bring any drugs on the crawl
Although the US government may not have rules on consumption of certain drugs (like cannabis), the nightclubs and bars have their own rules. Please do not bring or consume any legal (or non-legal) drugs, or alcohol on the crawl.
